Leasing Agent
Our apartments are professionally cleaned between each stay. We have a ring doorbell to monitor all traffic coming in and out of our apartments. Our apartments will be available for all scheduled maintenance. At Ultimate Stay Haven we offer small maintenance needs for our guests which include clogged toilet and sink and other minor maintenance.
We have a compliance protocol for all guests staying at Ultimate Stay Haven. Our compliance protocol includes, but is not limited to a background check, comprehensive rental agreement and a preventative security system.
